This coffee is grown in the Narinho region of Colombia, surrounded by high mountains and an active volcano. Coffee from this region can be exposed with a richness and variety of taste profiles from citrus and fruit aromas to chocolate notes and caramel candies. The beans are dried in the courtyard under the sun light and it’s stirred by hand every 30-45 minutes after the drying tim.
Cupping notes: Caramel, ripe grapes, delicate citrus, light raspberry, medium acidity.
